Uganda tour: CAN selects 18 female players for close-camp training

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has selected 18 women players for a closed-camp training ahead of Nepal’s tour of Uganda.

KATHMANDU, Feb 18: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has selected 18 women players for a closed-camp training ahead of Nepal’s tour of Uganda.



Nepal will compete in a cricket series against Uganda from March 6 to March 17.

Sana Praveen, Seemana KC and Riya Sharma earned their first call-up to the closed-camp training, which began on Tuesday.


They had played key roles in Nepal's qualification to the Asia Cup and the ICC U-19 World Cup. The remaining 15 players, led by Indu Barma are the same squad members from the previous tournament.
