KATHMANDU, Oct 8: The CPN-UML Standing Committee meeting is underway at the party’s central office in Chyasal, with former President Bidya Bhandari attending the meeting as a senior leader.
She is attending a party meeting for the first time since returning to active politics after serving as president for two terms.
