DHUNCHE (Rasuwa), Nov. 3: The second consignment of fuel provided by neighbouring country China in grant is coming to the capital city today.

The tankers of fuel that arrived in Rasuwa last evening have left for the capital city early morning today.

Chief of District Police Office, Rasuwa, Abdesh Bista said that three fuel-laden tankers left Dhunche at 7:00 am today for Thankot depot of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC).

A tanker that had gone to take the fuel is parked in Timure as the Chinese tankers are yet to arrive in Kerung. The Armed Border Police Force said that remaining one tanker of fuel of the second lot would possibly come by this evening.

Last week, Nepal signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China to import fuel after the southern neighbour India imposed an unofficial blockade for more than a month. RSS
