KATHMANDU, Jan 24: Police arrested Nishan Tamang, 16, originally from Chitlang, Makawanpur, currently staying at Anamnagar, Kathmandu, on the charge of theft.
Tamang was caught rend-handed while he was breaking into the rented room of a Mana Upreti, originally from Harichaur VDC-9, Baglung, in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu, on Monday.
Police said they are carrying out investigation into the case.
