SIFCL’s 21st AGM approves 12.22 percent dividend

KATHMANDU, Oct 8: Shree Investment and Finance Company Ltd (SIFCL) organized its 21th annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday at the Russian Cultural Center in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.

Issuing a statement, the finance company said the AGM approved a proposal to distribute 12.22 percent dividend made by its board of directors.

Presenting the annual report of the finance company for Fiscal Year 2014/15, SIFCL Chairman Rabindra Raj Panday said the company's business was increasing despite the adverse situation of the country. The finance company earned Rs 47.4 million in net profits in Fiscal Year 2014/15, according to the statement.
