ROLPA, March 29: A sister and her younger brother drowned in a pit full of water that had been formed in course of road construction.
Sapana Budha,11, and her eight-year-old brother Jitman of Bhumya rural municipality-7 died on their way to school, after falling into the pit, according to the District Police Office. Locals said that Sapana died while trying to save her brother, who accidently fell into the crater.
