PHALEBAS, March 19: Kedar Nath Sharma has been elected as the Chairman of Parbat Chamber of Commerce and Industries from the left alliance for the upcoming three years.
As per the results announced last night, Sharma garnered 815 votes while his contender Lekhnath Sharma from democratic alliance got just 457 votes.
Likewise, Pramila Sharma and Chandra Kala Sharma have been elected under women's seat.
Thakur B Poudel, Ramesh Sharma Lamichhane, Sagar Shrestha, Rajan Gurung, Tila Giri, Kamal Bahadur GC, Sunil Bhusal, Ganesh Lamichhane, Rajan Kumar Joshi, Sher Bahadur Chochangi, Krishna Prasad Bhusal, Min Prasad Sharma, Bikash Sharma among others have been elected in the 23-member working committee.
All winners expect Shiva Sharma Poudel, Man Singh Bhandari and Rajan Kumar Joshi are from left alliance. (RSS)
