In a partnership with Hamro Life Bank and Mental Health For All, Byanjankar Bros are organizing a charity gig, ‘Rock For A Cause’ at Shree Shramik Shanti Higher Secondary School, Chyasal, Patan on July 26. The gig is organized to raise money for mental health and smart blood management.
For the event, Nepali bands such as Shree 3 and ASM are going to perform live at ‘Rock For A Cause’. “All rock n roll starts at school. From our generation’s cassettes to the online streams of today, this music has been the pulse. Join us as the rock gives back at raising awareness for mental health and smart blood management. Shree 3 & ASM kick it old school,” Shree 3 posted on their official Facebook page with the gig’s poster.
Mental Health and Human Rights
Shree 3 dropped their debut album, ‘Drabya Dharma’ on hardcopies and online music services in May. The band has Sarad Shrestha on vocals/guitars, Rozet Gurung on bass and Robin Neupane on drums.
Likewise, ASM comprises Abhishek S Mishra on vocals/guitars, Saiyed Shakya on guitars, Simon Upreti on bass, and Nikesh Manandhar on drums. According to the frontman Mishra, the band is currently working on their debut album.
