Talking to journalists at President’s Office, Sheetal Niwas, Bhandari said that no one should hinder constitution enforcement.
“At present, unity among all parties is indispensable to implement the new constitution,” she said, “All should work to that end.”
Saying that implementing federalism is a major challenge, President Bhandari suggested taking cultural and natural aspects into consideration while enacting federalism.
