KATHMANDU, Nov 9: Chairman of the Freedom Forum Hari Binod Adhikari has stated that election supervisor and other employees are influenced by political parties and candidate.
He opined that supervisors would be politically appointed and their monitoring could not be effective.

Speaking with Radio Nagarik senior journalist said that, 'The supervisor has not given attention to the report sent by the supervisor after the poll has been over and the commission has not given attention to implementing the suggestions on the report. As many supervisors are being held in political pressures, the report from those supervisors may not be the fact data.'
Adhikari told the observers who came from abroad, they did not go to the remote area and they came with specific notion to fulfill. They also influence the voting according to the religion, cast and other political agendas.
