The deceased is truck driver Deependra Malla Thakuri-25 of Kalitar-1, Makawanpur.
The accident took place when a truck, Ma Kha 7812, heading to east from west rammed into a tree and overturned on the East-West Highway.
Similarly, another truck driver Buddha Gole, 22, of Hetauda was injured when the truck, Na 3 Kha 495, he was driving overturned on the road as he lost control of the vehicle after the previous truck met with the accident.
According to police, body of Thakuri has been kept at Janakpur Zonal Hospital for postmortem while injured Gole has been taken to Kathmandu for further treatment. RSS
