KATHMANDU, Oct 5: A vehicle (Ba 14 Cha 3854) belonging to Lamjung Super Dordi ‘Kha’ project en route to Lamjung from Kathmandu has met with an accident at Kafaldanda, Shivapuri Municipality-8, Nuwakot, resulting in one death and five injuries, on Saturday.
According to Superintendent of Police Shanti Raj Koirala at the District Police Office, Nuwakot, 58-year-old Upendra Khanal from Kathmandu succumbed to his injuries while on the way to Kathmandu for treatment.

The injured include the vehicle's driver, Bishwanath Adhikari, 46, Ramsharan Adhikari, 52, Harikala Khanal, 76, Gayatri Khanal, 51, and Chandranath Sharma, 63. They are undergoing treatment at different hospitals in Kathmandu, as reported by the police.
