KATHMANDU, Nov 12: Nepal recorded 397 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday along with 389 recoveries and three deaths, according to the latest information provided by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 11,066 samples were tested for COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, 355 PCR and 47 antigen tests were tested positive for the deadly virus.

There are currently 7,745 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, 6,945 are in home isolation, 553 in institutional isolation, 190 in ICU’s and 57 on ventilators. Similarly, 95 are currently in quarantine facilities. So far, 11,469 people have died from the virus across the country.
Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley recorded 125 cases of the virus on Thursday. Of them, 125 were recorded in Kathmandu, 4 in Bhaktapur, and 42 in Lalitpur districts.
