KATHMANDU, Nov 25: Nepal recorded 308 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday along with 298 recoveries and three deaths, according to the latest information provided by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 8,909 samples were tested for COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, 281 PCR and 27 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the deadly virus.

There are currently 7,5877 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, 6,961 are in home isolation, 388 in institutional isolation, 197 in ICU’s and 41 on ventilators. Similarly, 98 are currently in quarantine facilities. So far, 11,516 people have died from the virus across the country.
Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley recorded 130 cases of the virus on Thursday. Of them, 78 were recorded in Kathmandu, 16 in Bhaktapur, and 36 in Lalitpur districts.
