KATHMANDU, Oct 31: Nepal U-19 has suffered defeat in their opening Group A match against host nation Kyrgyzstan for the AFC U-19 championships qualification at Bishkek.
Nepal trailed by a goal scored by Krygyz's Borubaev Gulzhigit on 21' minutes which was then doubled by Kyrgyz at the very last moment of the match after goalie Arpan Karki failed to clear the ball in 90'+4 minutes.
Arpan Karki, Biswas Udas, Bikash Khawash, Rejin Subba, Suman Aryal, Roman Limbu, Ashok Thapa, Dinesh Henjan, Abhishek Rijal, Sesehang Amgdambe, Arik Bista started today's match.
Arik Bista was replaced by Prezen Tamang at the half-hour mark by Nepal. Dinesh Henjan and Bishwas Udas were substituted off in the second half for Anil Maharjan and Rajan Gurung.

Nepal lost the match by 2 goals. Nepal is pitted in Group A and will play Bahrain two days later. Likewise, UAE on November 4 and Oman in its last match on November 8.
A total of 43 Asian nations that are divided into ten groups is competing in the qualifiers. Top two teams from each group will join host Indonesia in the final round next year.
