KATHMANDU, May 4: As in previous days after earthquake, Ncell credited balance of Rs 30 to the customers whose balance depleted to Rs 10 or less. The balance can be used to make calls and send SMS to any network and also to use data, Ncell said in a statement on Monday.
The company also provided 50 SMS to customers, having less than 50 free SMS, to ensure all customers have 50 SMS to stay connected with their dear ones, said the statement. Ncell has also been providing facility for customers to stay connected through voice and text on Skype and Viber.

"We believe these emergency communications facilities are facilitating our valued customers to stay connected with their dear ones in this critical time and has also made rescue and relief works easier," Milan Sharma, corporate communication expert of Ncell, said in the statement.
Ncell is presently serving the customers through 94 percent of its sites that are up and running. Efforts are on to restore services also in badly affected regions though improvised solutions, according to the statement.
"Likewise, all Ncell Centers across the country are into operations and are providing recharge card, SIM card related services to the customers," the statement added.
