Minister Pun stresses mandatory computer teachers in every school

During a briefing at his ministry today, Dr Pun said that one computer teacher should be added to every school for teaching purposes so that students studying in community secondary schools across Nepal are not deprived of computer education.

KATHMANDU, Sept 24: Minister of Education, Science and Technology Dr Mahabir Pun has stressed the need to make a provision for at least one computer teacher in every community school in the country.



During a briefing at his ministry today, Dr Pun said that one computer teacher should be added to every school for teaching purposes so that students studying in community secondary schools across Nepal are not deprived of computer education.

He also said universities should release the results of examinations within a maximum of three months, which also applies to the National Examination Board.


Similarly, Minister Pun has also directed concerned officials to make the Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, attractive by clearing large bushes within the premises of TU and creating beautiful gardens and sidewalks.
