KATHMANDU, April 7: Seven parliamentary committees are convening simultaneously today. The Finance Committee will commence its session at 11 AM.
In the meeting, there will be discussions on the complaint investigation sub-committee regarding the information on the actions taken so far.

Likewise, at the meeting of the Industry and Commerce and Labor and Consumer Interest Committee held at 11:30AM, committee members will discuss with the officials of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies the establishment of the Nepal Accreditation Center as stipulated in Section 3 of the Accreditation Act, 2079 BS.
In the meeting of the Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee, which will be held at 11AM, the bill to amend some Nepal acts will be discussed. They will address issues and clauses pertaining to the Federal Parliament Secretariat within the bill aimed at amending certain Nepal Acts.
Similarly, in the Women and Social Affairs Committee meeting at 2PM, the issues related to human trafficking and gender violence will be discussed among the list of issues prepared by the UN CWD Committee to the Government of Nepal.
In the meeting of the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee, which will be held at 1PM, discussions will be held on the bill made to amend and consolidate the law related to school education. Similarly, there will be a discussion regarding the Postal Highway in the Public Accounts Committee meeting to be held at 1PM.
Similarly, the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee under the National Assembly will meet at 3PM to discuss the progress of the implementation of government assurances, the drafting, formulation and implementation of public policy.
