KATHMANDU, August 18: A meeting of the top leaders of the ruling coalition has started in Baluwatar to discuss the issue of seat allocation for the elections to the provincial assembly and House of Representatives ( HoR ) to be held on November 20.

The alliance had formed a task force for seat allocation, but since it could not prepare its blueprint, the top leaders along with the members of the task force joined the discussion. Krishna Sitaula is the coordinator of the task force.
