The Prime Minister noted that Fagu Purnima, celebrated as the festival of Holi, marks the full moon of the spring season and is considered a day of renewal for nature. He added that during this season, flowers bloom and the chirping of birds creates a pleasant atmosphere.

"Fagu Purnima is also known as the festival of spring. In our ancient texts, the moon is referred to as the deity of the mind. Emotional turmoil in the mind is believed to awaken both nature and the human spirit, making creation harmonious.
