MAHOTTARI, March 14: Armed Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Dharmendra Singh has been accused of raping a 10-year-old girl in Loharpatti, Municipality-4. Singh, who was stationed at the railway track post in Pipradi, was taken into custody after locals surrounded the Armed Police post in protest.
