KATHMANDU, Jan 1: The FPO (Follow-on Public Offering) of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is scheduled for distribution on Friday, with sales managed by Laxmi Sunrise Capital. The distribution will take place on January 3.
A total of 1,785,853 applicants have applied for 24,885,840 units in the FPO. However, 1,738,309 applicants will not receive any shares, while only 47,544 will be allocated 10 units each.

According to CDS, applications worth Rs 2,488,584,000 were received for the company's FPO by the final day. This amount is 52.34 times higher than the number of units available for distribution.
The company had issued 475,449 units of FPO.
