According to NCFC President Birat Rayamajhi, the total cost for installing the LED scorecard was Rs 130,000. Cricket enthusiast Sanjiv Khadka raised Rs 100,000 from among the Nepali of the UAE and Ramesh Bhandari collected Rs 84,000 from South Korea for the LED.

"The scoreboard could not be viewed clearly in the past. The spectators are used to watching matches live in the television and they wish to see results in the same way.

Thus we decided to install the scoreboard," said NCFC secretary Bhola Neupane.

The technical aspect for the construction of LED was undertaken by NCFC member Santosh Mishra who is an engineer.
