Integrate civil servants pronto: Gagan Thapa

KATHMANDU, Dec 27: Nepali Congress (NC) Lawmaker Gagan Thapa has urged the government to withdraw ordinances and formulate acts to sort out the issue of integration of civil servants at the earliest.

KATHMANDU, Dec 27: Nepali Congress (NC) Lawmaker Gagan Thapa has urged the government to withdraw ordinances and formulate acts to sort out the issue of integration of civil servants at the earliest.


Speaking at the parliament meeting on Friday, lawmaker Thapa lashed out at the government for dillydallying in  the integration process of the government employees.

Thapa chided the Oli government for its failure to formulate civil service-related acts for  for all three level governments – federal, provincial and local -  even after months have gone by.


He further said that the opposition party is ever ready to cooperate with the government to sort out the issue of the civil servants.


He further said, the civil servants are unhappy due to the lack of skills and lackadaisical style to run the government.
