KATHMANDU, Nov 9: The Kathmandu District Court, which previously put on hold the hearing on multiple occasions, has scheduled the hearing on cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane’s case for today.
The court has scheduled the hearing on the minor rape case against cricketer Lamichhane today by the bench of Judge Keshav Prasad Ghimire.

According to the court administration, Lamichhane's case is the fifth case scheduled to be heard by the bench of Judge Ghimire today.
It has been seven months since the case against Lamichhane has been scheduled for a final hearing.
The hearing was scheduled and postponed three times in October. Judges have been hesitant to hear the case due to the high public interest.
