BHIMDUTTANAGAR, April 16: Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba has stressed that the incumbent government should bring Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav)-led group into the mainstream of national politics through talks.
Speaking at a press meet organized at Bhimduttanagar this morning, Deuba said that peace and security should be established in the country by bringing Biplav-led group into consensus.

"The government should move ahead by holding talks immediately," he said and blamed the government of interfering on every sector in the name of two-thirds majority. Also the former Prime Minister, Deuba claimed that the government has been trying to keep the appointment of academicians at the Tribhuvan University, bill related to medical education, judiciary and press freedom under its control.
Saying the incumbent government has not carried out any remarkable activity during its first year in office, NC President Deuba said that activities like murder, rape are on rising in the country. RSS
