Fifth batch of China-aided emergency relief supplies arrives in Kathmandu

The latest batch, tailored to Nepal’s most urgent needs as disaster response efforts continue, includes diesel generators, medical protective masks, mortuary freezers, DNA testing equipment and reagents, and water rescue equipment.

KATHMANDU, Sept 11: The fifth batch of emergency relief supplies provided by China to Nepal arrived at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu on Friday afternoon.



The supplies were transported aboard a Y-20A large transport aircraft of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force.
