KATHMANDU, Oct 7: The price of gold has reached a new record in the local market. The gold is being traded at Rs 235,400 per tola on Tuesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

Similarly, silver is being traded at Rs 2,960 per tola on Tuesday. On Monday, the price of gold had reached Rs 233,100 per tola, while silver was also trading at Rs 2,960 per tola.
