KATHMANDU, Sept 6: The price of gold has set a new record in the domestic market after a week. The price of gold has risen by Rs 1,300 per tola, setting a new record in the domestic market on Friday.
Gold price drops by Rs 300 per tola
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations has fixed the price of gold at Rs 153,300 per tola on Friday. Gold was traded at Rs 152,000 per tola on the previous day. Earlier, the price of gold had set a new record on August 29, traded at Rs 152,200 per tola.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased by Rs 30 per tola on Friday. Silver is being traded at Rs 1,795 per tola today, marking an increase from Rs 1,765 per tola on Thursday.
