KATHMANDU, Nov 27: Police have arrested four individuals accused of robbing gold, cash and other personal belongings from a woman in Nepalatar, Tarkeshwor Municipality, Kathmandu.
A team from the Kathmandu District Police Range apprehended the suspects, who had robbed a female bank employee on November 24 while returning to home from office.

Those arrested have been identified as Ishwar Budhathoki, 27, originally from Syangja and currently residing in Tarkeshwor; Bishal Rai, 20; Sajan Tamang, 18; and Sameer Tamang, 19, all from Nuwakot.
According to SP Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, spokesperson for the Kathmandu District Police Range, the woman was walking home when the accused people approached on motorcycles and snatched her bag containing cash, gold ornaments, bank keys, a mobile phone, and important documents.
Police have recovered a mobile phone, a bundle of keys, 12.630 grams of gold earrings, gold studs, and Rs 2,500 cash from the suspects.
All four have been remanded to five days of judicial custody by the Kathmandu District Court as the investigation continues.
