KATHMANDU, Dec 4: An elderly man, who had been missing for 12 days, was found dead on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Padam Bahadur BK, 76, from Kushma Municipality-4, Parbat. His body was found in the Ghaite Jungle of Modi Rural Municipality.
BK had gone out of contact since November 23 at 1 pm. He had left his relative’s house in Modi-1, stating he was heading to a home in Kusma, and suddenly went out of contact.

Even though family members, relatives and police conducted a search operation from the day he went missing, BK was not found. Ram Prasad Sapkota, Police Inspector of District Police Office, Parbat, said that the body has been kept at the Parbat District Hospital for a postmortem. Inspector Sapkota said that an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
