RAUTAHAT, Sept 10: A man who had been missing for four days after being swept away by the Bakaiya River was found dead this morning.

Police said that Akle Kuswar Majhi, 42, of Judibela , Chandrapur Municipality-2, Rautahat, was found on the riverbank of Bakaiya River at Kolbi Municipality-2, Bara.
Majhi was reported missing on September 6 after he was swept away by the swollen river while crossing it. Laxmi Bhandari, spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police said that the body was discovered on the riverbank during a search operation.
