BAGMATI, Jan 14: The body of an old man, who had been missing for about two and a half months, has been found in Rithe Danda, Bhimphedi Rural Municipality-2 in Makwanpur.
DSP Shyam Aryal of the District Police Office, Makwanpur, said Tika Ram Praja, 70, from Bharta, Kailash Rural Municipality-7 in Makwanpur, was found dead in a decomposed state. He had gone missing on October 30 while returning from his niece’s house in Bhimphedi Rural Municipality-9.

DSP Aryal said that the body has been brought to Hetauda Hospital for a post-mortem. The deceased’s nephew Ram Hari Praja had submitted an application to Makwanpur District Police Office on November 19 for the search operation for his maternal uncle.
DSP Aryal said the deceased’s identity was discovered based on the clothes worn by the deceased and the bag found with him. RSS
