"He attended the court today and got the general court date from the bench of Judge Komal Prasad Acharya," Shrestha added.
Dhungel was suspended by the Police Headquarters immediately after his connection was established with the other accused who have been facing the charge of carrying out a robbery at the Kathmandu-based house of Lalendra Prasad Chachan on April 19, 2019. Immediately after being freed on general court date, his suspension has also been lifted so he may join his duty now.
