KATHMANDU, Sept 18: With the Dashain festival nearing, bus entrepreneurs have decided to open bookings from Thursday. Transport entrepreneurs agreed to do so after the Department of Transport Management (DoTM) agreed to address their demands of revising transport fares and unfreezing their bank accounts. The government had frozen the bank accounts of transport entrepreneurs in May this year, in an attempt to end syndicates in public transport.
