Dr Narayan Gyawali

The author is a global flood resilience expert with over fifteen years of professional experience in disaster risk reduction and management. His Ph.D. research focused on measuring the flood resilience in development practices. Dr. Gyawali is a global researcher and trainer in disaster risk management and has published numerous articles and book chapters on flood resilience. He currently serves as the Nepal Program Director for an international humanitarian and development organization.
