Buddha Air adds Kathmandu-Varanasi flight

KATHMANDU, Sept 18: Buddha Air has added flights on the Kathmandu-Varanasi route. The airline has operated three regular commercial flights a week from Wednesday. Previously, the airline had been operating regular flights on Monday and Friday.

Dipendra Kumar Karn, information officer of Buddha Air, said that they have resumed flights to Varanasi on Wednesday due to an increase in passenger demand.


He added that the airline previously operated two flights a week. The airline has added flights on the Kathmandu-Varanasi route in response to passenger demand due to the approaching Dashain and Tihar festivals, as well as the upcoming tourist season.
