KATARI, Aug 27: At a time when elected representatives are competing with each other to utilize as much state facilities as possible, deputy mayor of Katari Municipality in Udayapur district has announced not to use the car provided by the local government.
UDAYAPUR, Aug 13: Nilam Khadka, 24, and Chitra Bahadur Dahal, 43, of Katari Municipality-3, Udayapur have been found infected with dengue. The district’s Katari Hospital said these are among the rarest cases in the district.

Following repeated complaints by the locals against the sale and consumption of expired goods, the District Administration Office (DAO) on Thursday conducted a market inspection. As expected, the monitoring team confiscated a huge cache of damaged and expired goods.
