INARUWA, Nov 18: An Armed Police Force (APF) Sub-Inspector died in a motorcycle accident at Seuti Khola between Itahari and Dharan on the Koshi Highway last night.
The deceased has been identified as Santosh Basnet, Sub Inspector at the Armed Police Base Camp at Dangaha, Morang, Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality-1, according to Suman Timsina, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the Province 1 Traffic Police Office.

Basnet was seriously injured when his motorcycle (No. 1 and 2438) heading south lost control and met with an accident. According to Timsina, he died at the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan while undergoing treatment.
