Former justice of Supreme Court Bal Ram KC has said that one constitution should not be replaced by another one quite often. Speaking with myrepublica, marking the constitution day, former justice KC has said that Nepal has spent its most of the time in making the constitution and claimed that Nepal has already practiced seven constitutions in just 70 years time.
