GHORAHI, March 11: A woman has sustained burn injuries after two unidentified men threw acid at her on Thursday.
Police said the 32-year-old woman was attacked by two motorcycle-borne men while she was at her shop at Ghorahi-2.
She has sustained injuries from left cheek to neck and has been taken to a medical college in Kohalpur after initial treatment at Rapti Regional Hospital.Police said they have arrested three persons for their alleged involvement in the case, adding that further investigation was underway.
