KATHMANDU, Dec 29: Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (UMBSL) has said that it concluded its first annual general meeting (AGM) at Padsari-1, Rupandehi last Saturday.

Issuing a statement, the microfinance said that the AGM unanimously elected Bharat Kumar Shah, Khadga Bahadur Rana, Kusum Raj Gyawali and Loknath Nepal as board directors from promoter shareholders. The AGM also approved the microfinance's proposal to issue 1:1 rights shares to its shareholders, the statement added.
