NAWALPARASI, Sept 23: Minister for Finance Dr Yubraj Khatiwada has said that the uncertainty surfaced regarding the issue of tax would be addressed by amending the federal laws.
He said that the government was ready to address the uncertainty surfaced among the centre, provinces and local levels regarding the issue of tax.

Inaugurating the Maheshpur Customs Office in western Nawalparasi on Sunday, Finance Minister Khatiwada assured that the new laws would be formulated as per the need.
He further said that that government has been carry out activities to upgrade Chhoti Customs Offices to main Customs Offices to widen the tax area, to re-establish the displaced customs offices and establish tax payers' offices.
