Organizing a news conference in the capital on Monday, the organization protested against the move to scrap the government´s decision to give Rs 200,000 each to the disqualified PLA combatants, even though the amount was insufficient to them.
Earlier, the government had decided to give Rs 200,000 each to the 4,008 disqualified combatants on October 21.
Issuing a press statement, coordinator of organization Lenin Bista said that separate memoranda would be submitted at the central offices of the UCPN (Maoist), CPN-Maoist, CPN (UML) and Nepali Congress on November 6 and at the Office of the President on November 7.
Similarly, the central level leaders of the CPN (UML) and NC would be banned indefinitely for their entry to the districts and their formal programmes would be boycotted.
Likewise, the organization is scheduled to organize torch rally on November 23 across the country and indefinite general strike from November 24.
The UN verified, late recruits and minors have demanded that they be given equal facilities to that of the former PLA combatants and scrapped the tag of disqualified imposed upon them and others.
