UML leaders demand to open Korala border point

KATHMANDU, Dec 20: UML leaders representing Province number 4 have demanded the government immediately opens Korala border point located in Mustang district.

Calling on Prime Minister and UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, the leaders asked the government to upgrade Pokhara-Beni-Jomsom- Lo Manthang-Korala road to four lanes.

They also drew attention of PM Oli to speed up construction of Pokhara International Airport.

PM Oli said the government will forward the works as they are in favor of national interest.

UML Secretary Prithvi Subba Gurung, Politburo members Shree Maya Thakali and Ganesh Timalsina, lawmaker Bikash Lamshal among others met PM Oli.
