KATHMANDU, Dec 8: The second central committee meeting of the CPN-UML is scheduled to be held in Bhaktapur.

The new location is being used due to the lack of space at the previous one, according to the party. The meeting will be held at the German Homes at Gatthaghar in Bhaktapur. Earlier, the party meetings used to be held at Tulsilal Memorial Foundation in Lalitpur.
The formation of a standing committee, formation of a politburo and formation of various departments are on the agenda of the party's central committee meeting on December 11 and 12.
