The tea reception is to be held to extend best wishes on the occasion of the Bijaya Dashami, Deepawali and Chhath festivals and the Nepal Sambat New Year, said Hitraj Pandey, the principal secretary at the UCPN (Maoist) central office.
The UCPN (Maoist) has been organizing such tea reception since the last two years in an attempt to build an environment of trust among the political parties and to spread the message of goodwill, Pandey said.
Major political parties, civil society, foreign diplomatic missions, media persons, law professionals, party cadres and the members of the general public have been invited to the tea reception.
