Two killed near Singha Durbar

KATHMANDU, July 11: Two persons died in a road accident in front of Singha Durbar in the capital on Friday evening. They died while undergoing treatment at Bir Hospital.



Those who died are Raj Krishna Shrestha, 36, of Ramechhap and motorcycle rider Sita Pokharel, 25, of Lagankhel, according to police.



The accident occurred when a microbus (Ba 1 Ja 5760) heading toward Bhadrakali from Maitighar hit the motorcycle (Ba 29 Pa 1903). The police have arrested the microbus driver.
