KATHMANDU, Jan 15: Nepal Telecom will distribute cash dividends to its shareholders from the profits of fiscal year 2024/25. At the 18th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, the company decided to give Rs 30 per share as dividend.
The company’s Board Chairperson and Secretary of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Radhika Aryal, said that in the coming days, with the operation of the MEGA project and the need for additional capital, bonus shares may also be issued to shareholders.

Nepal Telecom reported a total revenue of Rs 3.819 billion and a profit of Rs 600 million for the fiscal year. The company has also been contributing to corporate social responsibility initiatives, supporting areas like environmental protection, health, education, and sports.
Chairperson Aryal emphasized that as customer demand for data services continues to grow, the company will focus on improving data quality, cost-effectiveness, and strategic market share expansion.
