Two injured while demolishing house in Dhading

KATHMANDU, May 27: Two people sustained injuries in Dhading district while demolishing earthquake-damaged house.

According to police, Shyampal Tamang, 30, and Bimala Tamang, 17, were buried under the rubble when the house at Chainpur-5 crumbled at around 8:45 am on Wednesday morning.

Nepal Police Spokesperson DIG Kamal Singh Bom informed the duo have been airlifted by an Indian Army chopper to Chhauni-based Military Hospital in Kathmandu for treatment.
